Comments: Good value, great tasting and dissolves well in a shaker, not too sweet like a lot of protein powders and MRP's. Consistency really thick when mixed, can see instantly why it keeps you full during the day. Great at night, even better when added to some form of fat to slow down absorbption (I add 2 tablespoon of Flax seed oil)
