Suggested Use: To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

Directions:
BLENDER- Add one scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard to a blender filled with 6-8fl oz of your favorite beverage. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubs then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve. For a delicious smoothie, try adding your favorite frut, peanut butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and/or other ingredients (along with the ice cubes) to your blended whey protein shake.

SHAKER- Add one scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Enjoy.

GLASS & SPOON- Add one scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard to a tall glass. Add 6-8 fl oz of your favorite beverage. Mix with a spoon for about 20 seconds or until powder is well disbursed.

Comments:    Good tasting shak...if you like mint chocolate chip ice cream I would suggest buying this flavor....mixes (and tastes) best with milk. Another flavor I found good was the extreme chocolate.

Comments:    Good price for any protein and i enjoyed the taste. I know many will disagree but this is the best tasting protein powder i've tried, and i've tried quite a few.

Comments:    Andes mints...just like those. This is all mint, not very much chocolate. If you like mint taste, I think you'll like this. In water, it's ok...very minty. Not a whole lot tastier in milk. But definitely drinkable.

Comments:    Same results as any other ON Gold Standard shake, however the taste is a bit lack luster. It just tastes like a bland weird tasting chocolate. For my money, go for the Extreme Chocolate flavor by ON (tastes way better).
