Suggested Use: To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

Directions:
BLENDER- Add one scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard to a blender filled with 6-8fl oz of your favorite beverage. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubs then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve. For a delicious smoothie, try adding your favorite frut, peanut butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and/or other ingredients (along with the ice cubes) to your blended whey protein shake.

SHAKER- Add one scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Enjoy.

GLASS & SPOON- Add one scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard to a tall glass. Add 6-8 fl oz of your favorite beverage. Mix with a spoon for about 20 seconds or until powder is well disbursed.

Comments:    i have been using whey for 1 year on and off. When i used it has my main proteim source(1.5 lbs per body weight)i noticed a considerable increase in lean muscle mass . The taste is nothing to write home about but i guess when you drink it 3 times a day you would start to hate it !!! The dowmside of using it the way i do is of course it can get pricey and if i did not use it that way i lost what i gained. I am considering going to Another ON product with more protein per serving with whey among other sources of protein in it called PROCOMPLEX(Has 60grams of whey protein per serving compared to only 24grams in this product) .
